Website Terms of Use

§1General provisions

1. 1.These terms of use (the “Terms”) govern the use of the website available at aiform.pl (the “Website”) in accordance with Article 8 of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on the Provision of Services by Electronic Means.
2. 2.The service provider and owner of the Website is AIForm - Pawel Sobocinski, with its registered office in Warsaw (ul. Chmielna 2/31, 00-020 Warsaw, Poland), Tax ID (NIP): 8792503470, National Business Registry Number (REGON): 340900499, email: biuro@aiform.pl (the “Service Provider”).
3. 3.The Terms are made available on the Website free of charge in a form that allows users to access, reproduce and retain them.

§2Types and scope of services provided by electronic means

The Service Provider provides the following services free of charge through the Website: 1) access to information about the Service Provider’s business; and 2) a contact form enabling users to submit enquiries to the Service Provider.

§3Conditions for the provision of services and technical requirements

1. 1.Use of the Website requires: a device with internet access; an up-to-date web browser that supports JavaScript and cookies; and, to use the contact form, an active email account.
2. 2.Users must not submit unlawful content, including content that infringes the rights of third parties, or take any action that may disrupt the operation of the Website, including attempts to gain unauthorised access, distribute unsolicited commercial communications or introduce malicious software.
3. 3.The Service Provider makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous operation of the Website, but reserves the right to temporarily suspend access for technical reasons, including maintenance and updates.

§4Entering into and terminating agreements for services provided by electronic means

1. 1.The agreement for the provision of access to Website content is entered into when the user accesses the Website and terminates when the user leaves it.
2. 2.The agreement for the provision of the contact form service is entered into when the user begins completing the form and terminates when the message is sent or the user abandons the form without sending it.
3. 3.Use of the Website is voluntary and free of charge. Users may stop using the Website at any time.

§5Liability

1. 1.Content published on the Website is for information purposes only and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code unless expressly stated otherwise.
2. 2.The Service Provider is not liable for interruptions in the operation of the Website caused by circumstances beyond its control, including failures of third-party infrastructure, or for damage resulting from use of the Website in breach of these Terms.
3. 3.The Service Provider’s liability towards consumers is governed by mandatory provisions of law.

§6Complaints procedure

1. 1.Complaints concerning the operation of the Website may be submitted by email to: biuro@aiform.pl or in writing to the Service Provider’s registered office address.
2. 2.A complaint should include: the complainant’s contact details, a description of the issue and the outcome sought.
3. 3.The Service Provider will consider complaints within 14 days of receipt and send its response to the address provided by the complainant.

§7Intellectual property

The Website content, including text, graphics, logos and layout, is protected by copyright and is owned by the Service Provider or entities with which the Service Provider has entered into the relevant agreements. Copying or distributing the content without the Service Provider’s consent is prohibited, except as permitted by applicable law.

§8Personal data

The rules governing the processing of personal data and the use of cookies are set out in the Privacy Policy available at /en/privacy-policy.

§9Final provisions

1. 1.The Service Provider reserves the right to amend the Terms for valid reasons, including changes in the law or the functionality of the Website. The current version of the Terms, together with the date of the latest update, is published on the Website.
2. 2.Matters not governed by these Terms are subject to Polish law, in particular the Polish Civil Code, the Act on the Provision of Services by Electronic Means and the GDPR.
3. 3.Any disputes with users who are consumers will be resolved by the courts having jurisdiction under the Polish Code of Civil Procedure. Consumers may also use out-of-court complaint and redress mechanisms available under applicable law.
4. 4.These Terms enter into force on 15 August 2026.
